Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, orange juice, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the cranberries and nuts if using.
