Ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add zucchini and tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until tender.
  4. Mix in the cooked pasta. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Finish with fresh basil before serving.
