  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix grated zucchini, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
