  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place salmon fillets and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and brush with the sauce mixture.
