  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle yeast over the top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  7. Spread minced garlic, parsley, thyme, mozzarella, and Parmesan evenly over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  9. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
