  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes, cranberries, thyme, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Layer half of the sweet potato mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour half of the heavy cream over the first layer.
