Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese: A Flavor Delight!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Spread sun-dried tomato pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto on one slice.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
  4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, then place the sandwich in the pan.
  5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Cut in half and serve warm.
