- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
- Cook in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes or in the oven for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Serve hot.
