  • 1 pound salmon, skinless and boneless
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked salmon with mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Spread the cooked rice in a baking dish and top with the salmon mixture.
  5. Sprinkle green onions and panko breadcrumbs on top.
