Spicy Rattlesnake Pasta

A deliciously spicy and indulgent pasta dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for another minute.
  4. Stir in chicken ham and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then mix in the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, then combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • For a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with a low-fat alternative.
