  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until mixed well.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meat in the slow cooker.
