Sheet Pan Tacos

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 10 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the chicken ham and taco seasoning, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the taco shells on a sheet pan and fill them with the turkey mixture.
  5. Top each filled taco with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
