  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim the green beans.
  3. In a bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
