Quick No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars for Sweet Cravings

Delicious, quick, and easy-to-make salted caramel pretzel bars that satisfy your sweet cravings without the need for baking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until bubbly. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzel crust and let cool.
  4. In another saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth, then pour over the cooled caramel layer.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure to refrigerate the bars to allow them to set properly.
