Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes; stir until combined.
  4. Stir in broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
