Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
