  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  6. Let the chocolate set before serving.
