  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, shape the mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and parsley until coated.
  6. Serve with crackers or veggies.

Notes

  • Make sure to use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
