2 cups cooked rice
1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
