  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup jelly or jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add the sugars, eggs, and vanilla, stirring until well combined.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Gradually add the flour, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then add a layer of jelly or jam, followed by the remaining batter.
