  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
