- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and green peppers. Sauté until tender.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the cooked turkey bacon back to the pot.
- Mix in shredded provolone cheese, stirring until melted.
