- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- In a bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add melted butter and egg to the yeast mixture, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased pan.
- Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Cool slightly and enjoy!
