Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk with yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Add melted butter and egg to the yeast mixture, then combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll up tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased pan.
  7. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  9. Cool slightly and enjoy!
