- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and chives until well combined.
- Cut the turkey bacon strips in half.
- Place a small amount of the cheese mixture on each bacon piece and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled bacon bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
