Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the egg mixture into the oat mixture until well combined.
