Ingredients

  • 2 cups Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a serving dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
  5. Drizzle with half of the Biscoff spread.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and Biscoff spread.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, you can add more Biscoff spread between the layers.
