Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Place the butter on top of the seasoning mixtures.
  4. Add chopped potatoes and water to the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken and mix it with potatoes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños to the slow cooker.
  • Serve with a side of green beans for a complete meal.
