- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup water
- Place chicken thighs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Place the butter on top of the seasoning mixtures.
- Add chopped potatoes and water to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix it with potatoes before serving.
Notes
