Melt-in-Your-Mouth Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A deliciously tender and flavorful meatloaf made with garlic and parmesan.

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until fully cooked.
