1 pound ground turkey
6 slices turkey bacon
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black olives
1 cup chicken broth
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt to taste
1 cup cheese for topping
Instructions
Cook the turkey bacon in the crockpot until crispy.
Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, black olives, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve hot with cheese on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, add avocado or sour cream as toppings.
