1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and chop.
In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic; cook until turkey is browned.
Add chicken broth and macaroni, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is tender.
Stir in chopped turkey bacon, cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.
