  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another pot, cook elbow macaroni according to package directions.
  4. Combine cooked macaroni with the meat mixture, adding in eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Stir in cheese, reserving some for topping.
  6. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
