A delicious low-carb version of the classic Philly cheesesteak, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
