- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups sweet corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the skillet, add ranch seasoning, sweet corn, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. Stir well.
- Mix in the cooked rotini, sour cream, and beef broth. Combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
