  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Boil water in a pot and cook the rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the skillet, add ranch seasoning, sweet corn, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. Stir well.
  5. Mix in the cooked rotini, sour cream, and beef broth. Combine thoroughly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
