- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form into meatballs, about 1 inch in size, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Brush BBQ sauce on meatballs and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
