Keto Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake – Easy, Cheesy & Low-Carb Dinner

An easy and delicious low-carb dinner featuring chicken, broccoli, and a creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook chicken until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Steam broccoli until tender but still crisp.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, diced chicken, steamed broccoli, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
