  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Form into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in a casserole dish and cover with marinara sauce.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
