  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan.
  5. Wrap the turkey bacon around the meatloaf, covering it completely.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
