- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 package nori sheets
- 1/2 cup strawberry syrup
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
