- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, spinach, artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
