Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and layer pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and slice into equal pieces.
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the cheese.
  • These rolls can be frozen and reheated when needed.
