Deliciously tempting ham and cheese sticks, made with a combination of chicken ham and turkey bacon, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice chicken ham into strips and wrap each piece with turkey bacon.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
  4. Coat each bacon-wrapped ham stick in flour, dip in eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the sticks on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
