  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
