  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then place on the grill.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
  5. Once everything is cooked, assemble the bowls with grilled chicken, broccoli, and creamy garlic sauce on top.
