Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Delicious and easy-to-make grilled chicken and broccoli bowls topped with a creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, steam the broccoli until tender.
  5. In a saucepan, combine garlic and heavy cream, cooking over medium heat until it thickens.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Slice the grilled chicken and assemble the bowls with broccoli and creamy garlic sauce on top.

Notes

  • Add some red pepper flakes for extra heat.
