  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, pickles, and parsley.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
