  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with yogurt, garam masala, cayenne pepper, cumin, and turmeric. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, cooking for another minute.
  4. Pour in the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add the tomato puree and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
