Garlic Butter Cod Bites with Creamy Lemon Herb Dip

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the cod pieces and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cod bites to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dip.
