  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and olives.
  4. Toss with Italian dressing until well coated.
