  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced onions. Cook until caramelized.
  3. In a baking dish, combine chicken, rice, beef broth, caramelized onions, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown.
