Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delicious twist on the classic eggs benedict, this casserole features turkey bacon and chicken ham for a savory breakfast or brunch dish.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add mustard, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the cubed bread, followed by chicken ham and turkey bacon.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add a splash of heavy cream to the egg mixture.
